Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie najważniejszych nowości związanych z działalnością małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw oraz charakterystyka przemysłu motoryzacyjnego w Polsce i jego rozwój. Podstawowym celem jest analiza firmy Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. w kierunku jego rozwoju. Hipotezy badawcze postawione podczas opisywania zagadnień metodologicznych zostały testowane poprzez identyfikację etapu rozwojowego według metody Churchilla – Lewis dla firmy Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. w Kielcach, jak również diagnozy POS (przedsiębiorca – organizacja – strategia). W przypadku metody Churchilla – Lewis, mając na uwadze, iż w przedsiębiorstwie Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. w Kielcach występuje zarządzanie menadżerami (mistrzami oraz kierownikami sprzedaży), struktura funkcjonalna, minimalny stopień formalizacji, kontrola przychodów i wydatków, a także krytyczne z punktu widzenia właściciela zaangażowanie w celu przeżycia oraz utrzymania biznesu, uznano, iż w tej firmie występuje etap przeżycia. Natomiast dla diagnozy POS, w której otrzymano ocenę czynników wzrostu dla przedsiębiorcy równą 3,6, organizacji – 3,85 i strategii – 2,35, można zauważyć, iż na wszystkich polach badana firma uzyskała średnią szansę rozwojową, natomiast do podstawowych elementów potencjalnego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa należy zaliczyć doświadczenie.

Aim of thesis is to present the most important news related to the activities of small and medium-size enterprises as well as to characterize the automotive industry in Poland and it’s development. The primary object is to analyze Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. in the direction of it’s development. Research hypotheses by the time of describing the methodological issues have been tested by identifying the stage of development by the method of Churchill – Lewis for Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. and also for POS diagnosis (entrepreneur – organization – strategy). In case of the method of Churchill – Lewis, bearing in mind that company Iskra Zakłady Precyzyjne Sp. z o.o. Kielce has got management of managers (masters and trade department managers), functional structure, the minimum degree of formalization, control of revenues and expenses as well as critical from the standpoint of owner involvement in order to survive and maintain the business, it was decided that at this stage the company is on the stage of barely surviving. However for diagnosis of POS which received an assessment of growth factors for the entrepreneur equal to 3,6, organization – 3,85 and strategies – 2,35 we can see that in all fields surveyed companies received an average chance of development but the basic elements of the potential development for company should include experience.
