Fundusze europejskie a rynek pracy na Podhalu

Abstract

W pracy omówiono następujące zagadnienie: Fundusze europejskie a rynek pracy na Podhalu w oparciu o materiały udostępnione przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Nowym Targu i Krakowie. Celem pracy było ukazanie problemu związanego z bezrobociem obejmującym Małopolskę, skupiającym szczególną uwagę na obszarze Podhala. Zastosowano metodę badawczą. Wykorzystano materiały źródłowe w ilości 15 i pozycje bibliograficzne w ilości 14. Celem pracy jest analiza efektywności funduszy europejskich, które są wykorzystywane w Wojewódzkim Urzędzie Pracy, na rzecz bezrobotnych. Autor stawia tezę, że ocena projektów finansowanych przez Unię Europejską wymaga bardziej skrupulatnej procedury końcowej, ponieważ jej brak może wpłynąć na wynik oceny realizowanego projektu. Rozdział pierwszy stanowi bazę teoretyczną, w którym zostały przedstawione definicje pojęć związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi. Ukazuje również istotę zarządzania, jak i jej strategie. Autor odnosi się zarówno do przedsiębiorstw, jak i ludzi budujących kapitał. Rozdział drugi przedstawia małopolski rynek pracy, definiuje zjawisko bezrobocia, a także przedstawia sytuację ludzi bezrobotnych na terenie Podhala. Rozdział trzeci ma na celu zapoznanie się z Wojewódzkim Urzędem Pracy, ze strukturą, celem i zadaniami oraz przyjętą przez niego strategią. Rozdział czwarty obejmuje fundusze europejskie, w których uzyskana zostaje odpowiedź do jakich celów są one wykorzystywane, następnie przedstawiony zostanie Program Operacyjny Kapitału Ludzkiego, jak i priorytety, poprzez które te fundusze mają rację bytu. Rozdział piąty przedstawia projekty, które realizowane są przez WUP, projekt, który nadzorowany jest przez WUP i sprawdzona będzie efektywność projektu realizowanego na terenie Podhala. Niniejsza praca ukazała błędy w realizacji Projektów POKL, mianowicie efekt końcowy nie został do końca przemyślany, co może mieć wpływ na skuteczną realizację projektów w przyszłości. The paper discusses the following European funding issue and the labour market in the Highlands region on the basis of materials provided by Regional Labour Office in Nowy Targ and Cracow.
