Obecnie najważniejszym zasobem każdej organizacji są jej pracownicy. Odpowiednie zarządzanie nimi przyczynia się do sukcesu całej firmy. Dlatego tak ważne są kwestie związane ze skutecznym motywowaniem personelu do osiągania określonych celów i efektywnej realizacji powierzonych zadań. Niniejsza praca prezentuje systemy motywacyjne w dwóch odrębnych instytucjach: sieci hipermarketów Real oraz w Wyższej Szkole Biznesu NLU w Nowym Sączu. Głównym założeniem jest stwierdzenie, że w organizacji biznesu i w uczelni wyższej pracownicy posiadają inne potrzeby, a zatem w stosunku do nich należy stosować różne czynniki motywujące. Praca składa się z czterech głównych części. Pierwszy rozdział, o charakterze czysto teoretycznym, oscyluje wokół problemów definicyjnych pojęcia zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi i motywowania. Rozdział drugi zawiera charakterystykę firmy Real (historię, strukturę itp.) oraz prezentację wyników przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych. Rozdział trzeci przedstawia WSB-NLU oraz system motywacyjny uczelni w ocenie pracowników akademickich. W ostatnim rozdziale porównano ze sobą system motywacyjny w organizacji biznesu i uczelni wyższej.
Currently, the most important resource of any organization are its employees. Appropriate management contributes to the success of the company. It is therefore important are issues related to the effective motivating staff to achieve specific objectives and effective implementation of assigned tasks. This paper presents the incentive systems in two separate institutions: Real hypermarkets and in the WSB-NLU in Nowy Sacz. The main assumption is that the organization of business and university employees have different needs and, therefore, in respect of them should have different motivating factors. The work consists of four main parts. The first chapter, a purely theoretical, definitional problems revolve around the concept of human resource management and motivation. The second chapter contains a description of Real (history, structure, etc.) and presentation of the results of the survey. Chapter three presents the WSB-NLU and an incentive system in the evaluation of university academic staff. The last chapter compares with each motivational system in the organization of business and higher education.
