Wpływ innowacji oraz transferu technologii na rozwój przedsiębiorstwa sektora MSP na przykładzie firmy Hejan

Abstract

Praca zgłębia zagadnienie wpływu innowacji i transferu technologii na rozwój przedsiębiorstwa, sklasyfikowanego jako podmiot sektora MSP. Poziom istotności innowacyjności dla wzrostu organizacji oraz budowania jej przewagi konkurencyjnej, autor ustala sondując rozwój przedsiębiorstwa, które wdrożyło innowacje i skorzystało z transferu technologii. Analiza korelacji pomiędzy wdrożeniem innowacji do przedsiębiorstwa oraz korzystaniem z transferu technologii a jego rozwojem, przeprowadzona została w oparciu o opis przypadku firmy Hejan, przy użyciu modelu rozwoju małych i średnich firm N. Churchill’a i V. Lewis oraz modelu stopniowego rozwoju Scotta i Bruce’a. Całości badania dopełnia przeprowadzona analiza czynników rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa- kombinacja POS. W rezultacie dokonanych analiz, wysunięto wnioski, że poszukiwanie nowych, lepszych rozwiązań oraz wdrażanie ich do przedsiębiorstwa jest elementem efektywnego zarządzania, sprzyjającym rozwojowi firmy. Stwierdzono także, iż przynosi to organizacji korzyści w postaci m. in. mocniejszej przewagi konkurencyjnej. Inwestując we wprowadzanie innowacji, także korzystając z transferu technologii firma znacznie efektywniej koncentruje i chroni zasoby niezbędne do realizacji celów strategicznych, tym samym w racjonalny sposób gospodaruje tymi zasobami.

The thesis explores the concept of innovation impact and technology transfer on the development of a company classified as the subject of SME sector. The author sets the significance level of innovation for the growth of the organization and building its competitive advantage by sounding the development of the company which has implemented innovation and used technology transfer. The correlation analysis between the implementation of innovation to the company and the use of technology transfer and its development, was carried out on the basis of Hejan case and with the use of N. Churchill and V. Lewis development model of small and medium businesses and Scott and Bruce phase development model. The entire study was completed with the factor analysis of company development – the POS combination. As a result of the analyses a conclusion was drawn that finding new and better solutions and implementing them to the company is a part of effective management, contributing to the company development. It was also stated that the company benefits from it in terms of stronger competitive advantage. By investing in innovation and using technology transfer, the company focuses much more efficiently and protects the resources necessary to achieve strategic objectives, and thus manages these resources in a rational way.
