Przedmiotem pracy jest wykorzystanie sprawozdań finansowych do oceny kondycji firmy X w latach 2009 – 2011. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki sprawozdań finansowych oraz analizy finansowej. Sprawozdania finansowej t.j. bilans, rachunek zysków i strat, rachunek przepływu środków pieniężnych, zestawienie zmian w kapitale własnym i informacja dodatkowa są końcowym efektem rachunkowości, dzięki którym można ocenić przedsiębiorstwo, jego sytuację majątkową, finansową i wynik działania za pomocą analizy wstępnej i wskaźnikowej. W niniejszej pracy wykorzystano bilans, rachunek zysków i strat przedsiębiorstwa X oraz literaturę przedmiotową. W pierwszym rozdziale zostały zaprezentowane cele, cechy, zasady sporządzania, podstawy prawne, użytkowników i badanie sprawozdań finansowych, jak również elementy sprawozdań finansowych. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiono pojęcie, cele i znaczenie analizy finansowej oraz zakres informacyjny i porównywalność danych zawartych w sprawozdaniach finansowych. W rozdziale trzecim została zaprezentowana analiza wstępna i wskaźnikowa. Zaś w czwartym rozdziale przedstawiono bilans i rachunek zysków i strat przedsiębiorstwa X, gdzie na ich podstawie dokonano analizy finansowej i zaprezentowano wnioski. Po przeprowadzeniu analizy wstępnej i wskaźnikowej, które wchodzą w skład analizy finansowej można określić w jakiej kondycji znajduje się przedsiębiorstwo oraz dostarcza informacji na temat sytuacji majątkowej, finansowej i wynik z działania.
The subject of the work is the use of financial statements to evaluate the company X in 2009 – 2011. The purpose of the work is to present the issues of financial statements and financial analysis. The financial statements is balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow, statement of changes in equity and additional information are the end result of accounting so you can assess the company's financial position and result of operations by the preliminary analysis and ratio analysis. In this work we used the balance sheet, profit and loss account company X and literature in question. In the first chapter was presented aims, qualities, rules for drawing, legal grounds, users and auditing, as well as elements of the financial statements. The second chapter presents the concept, aims and significantly financial analysis and comparability of figures in financial statements. In the chapter three was presented preliminary analysis and ratio analysis. And in the fourth chapter shows balance sheet and profit and loss company X, where on their basis were made financial analysis and presents the conclusions. When preliminary analysis and ratio analysis were finished, which are part of financial analysis, you can specify the condition in which the establishment is located, provides information on the financial position and results of operations.
