Zachowania konsumentów na rynku wody mineralnej

Abstract

Poniższa praca została poświęcona tematowi zachowań konsumentów na rynku wody mineralnej. W oparciu o literaturę przedmiotu zaprezentowano klasyfikację zachowań konsumentów, zaś analiza rynku dostarczyła informacji na temat uwarunkowań branży wody mineralnej w Polsce. W rozdziale ostatnim, przy wykorzystaniu kwestionariusza badawczego, przeprowadzono badania własne, które dowiodły, iż zachowania konsumentów na rynku wody mineralnej determinowane są przez takie czynniki, jak cena, troska o zdrowie, smak, a także akcje promocyjne organizowane przez producenta.

The following thesis presents the issue of different types of customer’s behaviors on the market of mineral water. The classification of customer’s behaviors has been made on the basis of literature on the subject, whereas the analysis of the market provides the essential data concerning conditionings of the branch of mineral water. In the last chapter, which is based on the interviewer questionnaire, there is presented a personal research which proves that customer’s behaviors on the market of mineral water are determined by such factors as: price, taste, concern for one’s health and promotional events organized by the producer.
