Wpływ klastrów na rozwój małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw na przykładzie Plastikowej Doliny

Abstract

W pracy podjęto temat związany z małymi i średnimi przedsiębiorstwami oraz klastrami przemysłowymi. Głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie istoty klastrów i ich wpływu na rozwój małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MSP) oraz ocena wpływu inicjatywy Tarnowski Klaster Przemysłowy (TKP) Plastikowa Dolina na rozwój należących do niej MSP.W pracy wykorzystano pierwotne i wtórne źródła danych. Do źródeł danych wtórnych wykorzystanych w pracy zaliczyć można literaturę przedmiotu, raporty i sprawozdania, strony internetowe TKP i instytucji publicznych. Do źródeł pierwotnych zaliczyć należały wywiad w TKP oraz dokumentacja wewnętrzna klastra. W pracy zawarte są hipotezy badawcze dotyczące uczestnictwa w klastrze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw oraz dokonana jest analiza wpływu klastra na małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa. Analiza dotyczy ograniczania słabych stron i wzmocnienia mocnych stron małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw dzięki uczestnictwu w klastrze. W pracy podjęto również temat związany z weryfikacją informacji dotyczących faktycznych korzyści jakie wiążą się z udziałem w klastrze należących do niego firm.

In this paper the topic of small and average enterprises and industrial clusters were discussed . The main aim of the thesis is to show the essence of clusters and their impact on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as to evaluate the impact of Tarnow Industrial Cluster on the development of SMEs that belong to it. In this paper the secondary and primary data sources were used. The secondary data sources included: field literature, reports, statements, the websites of Tarnow Industrial Cluster and the websites of public institutions. The primary data sources included: the interview in Tarnow Industrial Cluster and its internal documentation. The work includes research hypothesis concerning the participation of small and average enterprises in the cluster. What is more, there is also analysis of cluster’s influence on small and average enterprises. The analysis concerns the reduction of weaknesses and enhancement of strong points of small and average enterprises. In this work the topic connected with verification of information about actual advantages of participation in cluster for its enterprises was discussed.
