Wpływ wdrożenia systemu zarządzania jakością na rozwój firmy na przykładzie stacji diagnostycznej AUTO-TEST

Abstract

W pracy omówiono zagadnienie zarządzania jakością w przedsiębiorstwie na podstawie wybranych technik zarządzania jakością, w szczególności na podstawie norm ISO serii 9000, w oparciu o przegląd dostępnej literatury przedmiotu. Celem pracy było przedstawienie wpływu wdrożenia systemu zarządzania jakości wg normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 na działalność i rozwój firmy Diagnostyka samochodowa AUTO-TEST s.c. Batkowski S., Tischner S., z siedzibą w Starym Sączu. Analizy firmy dokonano na podstawie: modelu rozwoju firmy N.C. Churchilla i V. L. Lewis, diagnozy potencjału rozwojowego POS oraz porównania istniejącego systemu jakości z wymaganiami norm technicznych. Analiza istniejącego w firmie systemu jakości przeprowadzona została na podstawie ankiety przygotowawczej do audytu zerowego. Odpowiedzi na pytania zawarte w ankiecie zostały udzielone na podstawie: wywiadu z właścicielem firmy oraz przeglądu udostępnionej dokumentacji wewnętrznej. Analiza działalności stacji diagnostycznej pod kątem wdrożenia systemu zarządzania jakością wykazała, iż nie ma przesłanek do wdrożenia tegoż systemu. Działalność stacji kontroli pojazdów w Polsce obwarowana jest ogromną ilością przepisów – niemal 60 aktów prawnych, które regulują poziom jakości obsługi klientów stacji diagnostycznych.

The thesis discusses the issues of quality management in the enterprise on the basis of some quality management techniques, in particular on the basis of ISO 9000 series, based on a review of available literature. The aim of the thesis was the analysis of the diagnostic station AUTO-TEST for the implementation of quality management system according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2001. The analysis was made on the basis of: the company’s development model of N.C. Churchill and V.L. Lewis, POS development potential diagnoses and comparison of the existing quality system and requirements of technical standards. Analysis of the current quality management system has been carried out on the basis of a preparatory survey to the zero audit. Answers to questions in the survey were granted based on: an interview with the owner of the company and a review of available internal documents. Analysis of the diagnostic station activities for the implementation of quality management system has shown that there is no reason to implement quality management system. In Poland there is a huge number of legal acts – almost 60, that regulate the level of quality customer service in diagnostic station.
