Certyfikaty jakości w firmach transportowych - porównanie firmy polskiej i białoruskiej

Abstract

W niniejszej pracy zaprezentowano sposób w jaki uzyskuje się certyfikaty jakości dla firm działających na terenie Polski oraz Białorusi. Przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy czym jest jakość oraz metody, narzędzia i techniki zarządzania jakością. W pracy scharakteryzowano dwie firmy: polską i białoruską i na ich podstawie zbadano przebieg procesu certyfikacji w nich przeprowadzany. Wyjaśniono jakie etapy musi przejść każda z tych firm aby uzyskać certyfikat jakości. Koniecznym jest zarówno dla firmy polskiej jak i białoruskiej, by mogły sukcesywnie funkcjonować na rynku krajowym czy międzynarodowym, posiadanie certyfikatu jakości. Jest to pewnego rodzaju dokument, który potwierdza posiadanie przez danego przedsiębiorcę szeregu niezbędnych kwalifikacji. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że istnieją różnice pomiędzy certyfikatami uzyskanymi w Polsce i na Białorusi. W Polsce bowiem stosowane są nadzory nad zastosowaniem certyfikatu w postaci audytów kontrolnych, zaś okres ważności wynosi maksymalnie 3 lata. Taki dokument nadany w Polsce respektowany jest w krajach Unii Europejskiej. W przypadku certyfikatu uzyskanego na Białorusi okres ważności wynosi do 5 lat w czasie którym nie ma tak skrupulatnego nadzoru jak w Polsce, zaś dokument taki respektowany jest tylko przez Unię Celną.

This thesis presents a way to get quality certificates for companies operating in Polish and Belarusian market. Presents the theoretical basis of what the quality is and the methods, tools and techniques of quality management. The thesis characterizes two companies: Polish and Belarusian. The certification process was analyzed on the basis of it which carried out in both of these companies. Explained what steps each of these companies must pass to get the quality certificate. It is necessary to have a quality certificate, both for the Polish and Belarusian companies, so that they can successfully operate on the domestic or international market. It is a document which confirms the possession of several necessary qualifications by the entrepreneur. The research has shown that there are differences between the certificates obtained in Poland and Belarus. The supervision over the use of the certificate in the form of audits, inspection, and a period of validity of certificate is maximum 3 years; all these actions are used in Poland. Such a document issued in Poland is respected in the countries of the European Union. In the case of a certificate gained in Belarus it could be valid up to 5 years during which there is no such scrupulous supervision as in Poland, and that document is respected only by Customs Union.
