Ocena gospodarki finansowej Gminy Nowy Sącz w latach 2008-2010

Abstract

Praca ta opisuje dochody i wydatki budżetu gminy Nowy Sącz. W pracy starałam się opisać kwestie takie jak: ustrój gminy, jakie zadania pełni gmina, jakie są ograny gminy, kto pełni nadzór nad działalnością gminy. Opisana jest też kwestia, czym jest budżet gminy, w jaki sposób gmina pozyskuje środki budżetowe i na co je wydaje. Wszelkie informacje, które były mi niezbędne do napisania tej pracy zostały zaczerpnięte ze strony internetowej www.nowysacz.pl, na której zostały zamieszczone sprawozdania finansowe z badanego okresu, a także z lat poprzednich, dzięki czemu mogłam zobaczyć, jak zmieniała się struktura wydatków i dochodów budżetu gminy Nowy Sącz na przestrzeni ostatnich lat. Z informacji jakie udało mi się znaleźć wynika, iż poziom wydatków budżetu gminy Nowy Sącz w badanym okresie jest większy niż poziom dochodów tegoż budżetu. Najwięcej środków budżetowych pochłaniają wydatki poświęcone na oświatę i gospodarkę komunalną. Są to główne dziedziny wydatków budżetowych, bez których, działalność gminy byłaby mocno ograniczona i nie spełniałaby oczekiwań mieszkańców gminy.

This paper describes the income and expenditure budget of the municipality Nowy Sacz. The study tried to describe issues such as: community structure, the responsibilities of full community, what are the municipal bodies, who supervises the activities of the municipality. Described is also the question of what the municipal budget, how to commune with the means to budget and what it seems. Any information that was necessary for me to write this work were taken from the website www.nowysacz.pl on which financial statements are included in the investigation period, as well as in previous years, so I could see how changing the structure of expenditure and revenue budget Nowy Sacz community in recent years. From the information which I have found suggest that the level of expenditure Nowy Sacz municipal budget over the period is greater than the income level of that budget. Most absorb budget expenditures devoted to education and utilities. These are the main areas of expenditure without which the business community would be very limited and would not meet the expectations of inhabitants.
