W warunkach postępującej globalizacji rynku obserwowany jest bardzo ważny wzrost zainteresowania przedsiębiorstw zasadami zarządzania logistycznego, który ukierunkowany jest na lepsze, elastyczne dostosowanie oferty firmy do wymagań dynamicznie rozwijającego się rynku. Zakres oraz intensywność praktycznej realizacji koncepcji zarządzania logistycznego w przedsiębiorstwie uwarunkowane jest wieloma różnorodnymi czynnikami i ograniczeniami. Tematyka pracy podejmuje, szczegółowo opisuje oraz poddaje analizie powyższe kwestie. Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza procesów zarządzania logistycznego w przedsiębiorstwie DB Schenker. Przeprowadzona analiza opierała się na metodzie zwanej desk research inaczej badania zza biurka.
