Przedmiotem mojej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza realizacji programów zwalczania bezrobocia wśród absolwentów szkół ponadpodstawowych, stosowanych przez Sądecki Urząd Pracy. Podmiotem badań są osoby bezrobotne do 27 roku życia, które mieszkają w Nowym Sączu. W badaniach ankietowych narzędziem badawczym był kwestionariusz ankietowy. Respondenci to dobrani losowo bezrobotni absolwenci w liczbie 50 w przedziale wieku od 20 do 27 lat, o różnym poziomie wykształcenia. Większość z nich, bo 72% jest obecnie zarejestrowana w Sądeckim Urzędzie Pracy jako osoby bezrobotne i poszukujące pracy. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w październiku 2011 roku. Głównym problemem badawczym niniejszej pracy było uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytania czy absolwenci szukający pracy poprzez SUP mają większe możliwości jej znalezienia oraz czy biorą udział w programach służb zatrudnienia do nich adresowanych. Celem tej pracy było także poznanie opinii absolwentów na temat sytuacji na lokalnym rynku pracy. Zebrane materiały pokazują, iż najczęściej oferowaną przez SUP formą zwalczania bezrobocia był udział w stażach (uczestniczyły 23 osoby) i udział w szkoleniu, w którym wzięło udział 10 z ankietowanych osób. Pozytywnym zjawiskiem jest to, że skorzystali oni z wszystkich form pomocy, jakie zostały do nich skierowane. Z ogółu badanych respondentów aż 61% ofert stanowiły staże, na które kierowani byli absolwenci z wyższym wykształceniem. W najmniejszym stopniu pomoc SUP została skierowana do osób z wykształceniem zasadniczym zawodowym, gdzie przykładowo do odbycia stażu skierowano 1 osobę, co stanowi 4% ogółu. Wynika z tego, że ludzie młodzi z wyższym wykształceniem są w większym stopniu objęci aktywizacją zawodową. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań, postawione w pracy tezy nie zostały w pełni potwierdzone. Ludzie młodzi, którzy korzystali z pomocy SUP, po zakończeniu tych programów nie znaleźli później zatrudnienia.
The aim of my thesis is the analysis of the realisation of the unemployment reduction programs amongst the secondary school graduates, applied by the Sądecki Labour Office. The subjects were the unemployed until 27 years old who live in Nowy Sącz. The research tool used in the public opinion poll was the questionnaire. The respondents were fifty randomly selected unemployed graduates, aged from 20 to 27, of different educational levels. 72% of them is currently registered at Sądecki Labour Office as the unemployed and looking for job. The poll was conducted in October 2011. The main research problem of this thesis was to gain the answer for the question whether the graduates searching for work through the SUP have more opportunities to find it as well as whether they take part in employment aid schemes directed to them. The aim of the thesis was also to get the graduates' opinion on the situation on the local labour market. The collected materials show that the most often form of reducing the unemployment offered by the SUP was the participation in apprenticeships (23 people) and professional training, which 10 of the surveyed people took part in. The satisfactory observation is that they used all the aid forms addressed to them. 61% of the surveyed respondents in total were presented the trainings for higher education graduates. In the least degree the SUP help was offered to people with elementary vocational education. As an example, only one person, what stands for 4% of the total, was sent on that kind of probation. Therefore, it can be said, that young people with higher education are considered in various occupational activation programs in higher extent. As a result, the proposed thesis was not fully confirmed in the conducted research. The young people who took the opportunities offered by the SUP were still unemployed after these programs finished.
