Wykorzystanie metody TRIZ w rozwiązywaniu problemów menedżerskich

Abstract

Niniejsza praca przedstawia zestawienie teorii dotyczących kreatywności i twórczego myślenia i występowanie ich w procesach przedsiębiorstw. Głównie opiera się na charakterystyce i możliwości wykorzystywania metod heurystycznych w zarządzaniu organizacjami. Opisuje bariery, które występują podczas wdrażania i możliwości pozbycia się ich. Praca przedstawia również standardowe wykorzystywanie kreatywności i twórczego myślenia w codziennym życiu organizacji. Część pracy skupia się na metodzie TRIZ jako jednej z najefektywniejszych metod heurystycznych: jej powstanie, wykorzystanie w Polsce i na świecie, opis głównych narzędzi TRIZ i możliwości wykorzystania w dziedzinach nauki i zarządzaniu. Postawiona hipoteza została przetestowana na podstawie porównania wyników działania podstawowych narzędzi TRIZ w różnych kierunkach działalności odrębnych firm. Studium przypadku opiera się na analizie procesu generowania rozwiązań problemów inżynierii i zarządzania. Rezultatem badań jest poparcie hipotezy mówiącej, że metoda TRIZ, mimo że pierwotnie powstawała aby pomagać inżynierom i wynalazcom, jest silnym i wielofunkcyjnym narzędziem, które można z łatwością dopasować do problemów menedżerskich, dokładnie je analizować i efektywnie wdrażać wypracowane rozwiązania.

This The diploma thesis provides an overview of theories about creativity and creative thinking and presence in business processes. The diploma thesis is mainly based on the characteristics and the possibility of using heuristic methods in the management of organizations. It describes the barriers that occur during implementation and the possibility of getting rid of them. The thesis presents the use of the standard of creativity and creative thinking in daily life organization. Part of the thesis focuses on the TRIZ method, as one of the most effective heuristic methods: the creation, use in Poland and worldwide, a description of the main TRIZ tools and the possible use in the fields of science and management. The hypothesis was tested by comparing the performance of the basic tools of TRIZ in different directions of activity of separate companies. The case study is based on an analysis of the process of generating solutions to problems of engineering and management. The result of research is to support the hypothesis that the TRIZ method, although it originally was created to help engineers and inventors, is a strong and multifunctional tool, which can be easily adapted to managerial problems, analyze them thoroughly and effectively implement the developed solutions.
