Abstract

Praca składa się z 4 rozdziałów: rozdział pierwszy poświęcony jest istocie oraz historii Systemów Zarządzania Jakością, wyjaśnione zostało pojęcie „jakości", przedstawiono dynamiczny rozwój metod zarządzania jakością w XX wieku, filozofię kompleksowego zarządzania jakością TQM. Prezentowane są postulaty i idee guru z zakresu ZJ. Rozdział drugi przedstawia szczegółowo i omawia podstawowe elementy, na których zbudowany jest system zarządzania jakimi są normy ISO, przedstawia ich wymagania, wyjaśnia zalety „podejścia procesowego", poprzez które wprowadzono filozofię nowego podejścia do zarządzania w znowelizowanej serii norm. Wprowadza pojęcie audytu, ich typów oraz zasad audytowania oraz roli jaką odgrywają w prowadzeniu polityki jakościowej. Rozdział trzeci prezentuje FPHU WIŚNIOWSKI, profil działalności firmy, a także strukturę organizacyjną. Procesy zachodzące w firmie usytuowane są w trzech grupach: procesy zarządzania, proces główny, procesy pomocnicze. Ukazano zależności pomiędzy poszczególnymi procesami, dokonano analizy wybranych procesów najbardziej charakterystycznych w tej organizacji. Przedstawiono analizę dbania o jakość na przykładzie wybranych procesów laboratoryjnych. Rozdział czwarty to próba oceny stosowanego systemu zarządzania jakością w FPHU WIŚNIOWSKI, prezentowana jest polityka i działania projakościowe oraz nowe kierunki związane z ciągłym udoskonalaniem procesów i dbaniem o zadowolenie klienta. Prezentowane jest podejście procesowe oraz przebieg procesu wdrażania systemu ZJ oraz prowadzenie księgi jakości. W zakończeniu prezentowana jest dyskusja odnośnie roli jaką w firmie odgrywają procesy związane z certyfikacją, audytem i systemami oraz działaniami projakościowymi w kontekście prestiżu czy dążenia do sukcesu i ekspansji.

The work contains four chapters: the first chapter is devoted to nature and the history of systems of quality management, outlined the concept of "quality". It shows the dynamic development of methods of quality management in the 20th Century, the philosophy of comprehensive quality management TQM. There are presented the requests and ideas guru from the scope of the DO. Chapter two presents in detail and discusses the basic elements on which it is built, the management system what are ISO standards, submit their requirements, explains the advantages of "procedural approach", which introduces philosophy of a new approach to the management in a coordinated series of standards. Introduces the concept of an audit, their types and rules for auditing and the role they play in the conduct of policy. The third chapter presents FPHU WIŚNIOWSKI Company, the profile of its business, and also the organizational structure. Developments in the company are grouped in three parts: management processes, the main process, and auxiliary processes. There are illustrated dependencies between different processes. Analysis was made on the basis of selected processes that are most distinctive in this company. The chapter also presents analysis of the quality of care for example selected laboratory processes. The fourth chapter shows an attempt to assess the quality management system applied in FPHU WIŚNIOWSKI, presents pro-quality policies, new directions related to continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction. Presented is the processing approach, the DO system implementation, and keeping the book of quality. The ending contains the discussion regarding roles of processes in the certification, audit, systems and the pro-quality activities in the context of prestige or striving for success and expansion.
