Bezrobotne kobiety na rynku pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim w latach 2007-2009

Abstract

Celem pracy było przedstawienie sytuacji bezrobotnych kobiet na rynku pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim w latach 2007-2009. Pokazane zostały także aktywne formy walki z bezrobociem prowadzone przez Powiatowy Urząd Pracy oraz ocena jego skuteczności w zwalczaniu tego zjawiska wśród kobiet. Badania empiryczne zostały przeprowadzone na podstawie danych zastanych, dotyczących liczby i struktury bezrobotnych, gromadzonych przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny. Analizie poddana została również dokumentacja działalności Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy. Obecna sytuacja kobiet na rynku pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim jak i również w całym kraju nie jest łatwa. Napotykają one na liczne bariery na drodze do zdobycia zatrudnienia i rozwoju zawodowego. Pomimo zauważalnej poprawy ich pozycji na rynku pracy na przestrzeni badanych lat, nadal znajdują się w trudniejszej sytuacji niż mężczyźni. W najgorszym położeniu są kobiety młode, z wykształceniem zasadniczym zawodowym lub policealnym i średnim zawodowym oraz bez stażu pracy.

The purpose of the thesis was presented the situation of unemployed women on the job market in the Nowy Sacz county in the years 2007-2009. Also were shown active forms of the fight against the unemployment conducted by county employment office and the evaluation his effectiveness in fighting this phenomenon amongst women. Empirical researches were conducted based on data found, concerning the number and the structure of the unemployed, collected by the Central Statistical Office. It was also analyzed documentation of activity of county employment office. The current situation of women on the job market in the Nowy Sacz county as well as also throughout the county isn't simple. They are encoring numerous barriers on the road to getting the employment and the professional development. In spite of the noticeable improvement in their position on the job market over the researched years, they are still in a more difficult situation than men. At worst situation are young women, with the vocational secondary education or college and average professional and without the work experience.
