Motywowanie pracowników poprzez wynagrodzenie w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Rehabilitacyjnym im. dr S. Jasińskiego w Zakopanem

Abstract

W pracy dyplomowej opisany został problem dotyczący motywowania pracowników poprzez wynagrodzenie w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Rehabilitacyjnym im. dr S. Jasińskiego w Zakopanem. W tymże celu zostały przeprowadzone badania w postaci ankiety na jednym z działów wyżej wymienionego szpitala, a mianowicie wyższego personelu medycznego. Praca złożona jest z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich definiuje samo pojęcie wynagrodzenia i jego istotę. Zawiera także rodzaje składników wynagrodzenia, jego podstawowe funkcje oraz strategię wynagrodzeń w organizacji, jak i również sam proces projektowania systemów wynagrodzeń. Drugi rozdział przedstawia charakterystykę badanego szpitala. Przedstawione w nim zostały podstawy oraz przedmiot działalności szpitala, poziom i struktura zatrudniania oraz struktura organizacyjna Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Rehabilitacyjnego w Zakopanem, będącego przedmiotem zainteresowania pracy. Ostatni rozdział zawiera analizę motywacyjnej funkcji wynagradzania wraz z propozycją zmian. Z analizy dokonanej przez autora można wywnioskować, że badana grupa pracowników Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Rehabilitacyjnego w Zakopanem jest zmotywowana do swojej pracy, jest z niej zadowolona i bardzo ceni sobie wszystkie elementy składowe wynagradzania, a w szczególności płacę zasadniczą. Regulamin Wynagradzania jak i taryfikator obowiązujący w szpitalu jest im znany oraz zrozumiały. Pracownicy wiedzą, że uzyskanie nagrody zależy od stopnia zaangażowania i jakości wykonywanej pracy. Praca została oparta na pozycjach książkowych i źródłach internetowych.

The thesis concerns the issue of employee motivation through compensation at the Dr. S. Jasiński Voivodeship Rehabilitation Hospital in Zakopane. For the purposes of this thesis, a survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was conducted among the employees of one of the hospital departments, i.e. high-level medical personnel. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter concerns the definition of the term “compensation” and its essence. Moreover, the chapter comprises the forms of compensation, its basic functions, a compensation strategy in an organization, and the process of developing compensation systems itself. The second chapter presents the characterization of the above-mentioned hospital. This chapter describes the basis and the scope of the hospital activity, the level and structure of employment, and the organizational structure of the Zakopane Voivodeship Rehabilitation Hospital. The last chapter includes the analysis of the incentive effect of compensation and proposed changes. Based on the author’s analysis, it can be assumed that the study group comprising the Zakopane Voivodeship Rehabilitation Hospital’s staff is motivated and satisfied at work and appreciates all elements of compensation, especially the base remuneration. The employees know and understand the Remuneration Rules and the remuneration scale. They are aware of the fact that rewards depend upon the level of commitment and the quality of work performed. The thesis is based on literature and Internet sources.
