Specyfika funkcjonowania i rozwoju małej firmy na przykładzie firmy "Fotografia MdM" w Bochni

Abstract

Inspiracją do napisania pracy stało się zainteresowanie tematyką małych firm w Polsce i na świecie. Pojawiła się chęć podjęcia starań i stworzenia własnego małego przedsiębiorstwa, w którym można spełnić się zawodowo jak i zrealizować swoje pomysły na nowoczesne przedsiębiorstwo. W pierwszym rozdziale niniejszej pracy opisano zasady działania małego przedsiębiorstwa w świetle dostępnej literatury. Przedstawiono definicje małej firmy, stan sektora małych przedsiębiorstw w Polsce jak również modele i strategie rozwoju. Rozdział drugi pracy to analiza procesu zarządzania małą firmą. W tej części pracy opisano poszczególne etapy podczas rejestracji małej firmy jak również sposoby jej finansowania. Ponadto przedstawiono sposoby dbania o dobrą jakość przedsiębiorstwa poprzez przedstawienie sposobów motywowania i kontroli jak również możliwość jakie stwarzają nowoczesne technologie informatyczne w firmie. Rozdział trzeci pracy to ocena funkcjonowania zakładanej firmy „FOTOGRAFIA MdM”. Przedstawiono jej charakterystykę, zaprezentowano biznes plan. Jednocześnie przedstawiono formy wykorzystania narzędzi technologii informacyjnej jak również projekt wirtualizacji firmy w środowisku on-line.

Present thesis entitled “Specification functioning and development of small companies based on Fotografia MdM company in Bochnia” was elaborated because of my concerning in photographic trade as well as inclination od delving , which would answer on question “ Is it valuable to invest in that kind of business?” Furthermore in my thesis there is a predisposing which every young businessman should have. In the first chapter of thesis titled “small company in the meaning of theoretical deliberation” was shown a terminology connected with a small company , state of sectors in small enterprises in Poland as well as models and generalships of development of a small business in the meaning of approachable literature. Moreover methods of financing and supporting the small firms, innovated ways of enterprising in company were explained in this chapter. Second chapter titled “the process running the small company” is an analysis of running the small company . In this part were described particulars steps during the registration of a small company. The ways of financing the enterprises were described too. Besides there were shown the methods of minding a good quality of enterprises by expressing the ways of motivating and controlling. There were also shown possibilities, which are formed by modern informative technology in company. The third chapter of present thesis is titled “The project of establishing Fotografia MdM company in Bochnia”. This chapter is a general characteristic of a engineered company . There was shown a particular presentation of a business plan containing all the expenses needed to set up the firm as well as prediction of a prices and evaluating the earnings for the future. Additionally the forms of using the implements of informative technology as well as project of visualization company in on-line environment were presented.
