Analiza krytyczna procesu rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników w firmie FAKRO

Abstract

W pracy tej poddano analizie krytycznej system rekrutacji stosowany w firmie FAKRO będącej liderem w produkcji i sprzedaży okien dachowych w Polsce i za granicą. Firma ta zatrudnia ponad trzy tysiące pracowników, dlatego proces rekrutacji i selekcji oraz wdrażania pracowników do pracy stanowi istotny czynnik jej rozwoju. Pierwszy i drugi rozdział ujmuje zagadnienia rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników pod kątem teoretycznym. Trzeci zaś poświęcony jest analizie krytycznej tych procesów w firmie FAKRO. Analiza zebranego materiału wykazała, że FAKRO starannie planuje i przeprowadza nabór pracowników stosując do tego celu zróżnicowane w zależności od oferowanego stanowiska narzędzia, a jednostki przeprowadzające działania rekrutacyjne i selekcyjne prowadzą również ocenę skuteczności i jakości naboru. Ogólnie rzecz ujmując, analizowane procesy są realizowane przez grupę FAKRO na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

The subject of this study is the critical analysis of the recruitment system applied in the FAKRO company, which is the leader of manufacturing and sale of roof windows in Poland and abroad. This firm employs more than three thousands workers, that is why the recruitment and selection system is a crucial factor of its development. The first and the second chapter describe theoretical issues connected with the process of recruitment and selection, while the third one is devoted to the critical analysis of those systems in the FAKRO company. The examination of collected materials revealed that the firm plans and conducts recruitment in a scrupulous way, using diverse instruments adequate for the offered post. Furthermore, units responsible for recruitment and selection activities pursue also evaluation of their effectiveness and quality. To sum up, analysed processes are at the very high level in the FAKRO company.
