Dotyczy ona zarówno relacji interpersonalnych jak też komunikowania się pracowników z interesantami tej instytucji. Warto skonstatować, że umiejętności komunikacyjne urzędników mogą wpływać jednocześnie na budowanie dobrych relacji interpersonalnych w zespole pracowniczym oraz klimat organizacyjny. Decydują także o zachowaniach urzędników w stosunku do interesantów. Aby ustalić rodzaj i charakter opisanych powyżej zależności przeprowadzono badania, których narzędziem był kwestionariusz ankietowy. Badaniu poddano pracowników Sądu Okręgowego w Nowym Sączu oraz interesantów tej instytucji. Analiza jakościowo-ilościowa wyników badań wykazała, że pracownicy Sądu Okręgowego są osobami komunikatywnymi, a interesanci potwierdzili istnienie dobrej i kompetentnej komunikacji z pracownikami Sądu. Odczuli także dobry klimat organizacyjny w tej instytucji i ocenili, że urzędnicy posiadają aktualny zakres wiedzy merytorycznej z zakresu prawa oraz umiejętności komunikacyjnych i stosowania języka prawniczego do udzielania im kompetentnych informacji. Sami pracownicy stwierdzili, że mogą liczyć na wzajemne wsparcie kiedy starają się uporać z nadmiarem obowiązków, a ich przyjazne kontakty wzmacniają zaangażowanie i podejmowanie określonych odpowiedzialności wynikających z obowiązków zawodowych.
The human resource potential of Sąd Okręgowy [Regional Court] in Nowy Sącz constitutes the biggest asset of this public service institution. This is because the quality of an organisation’s operations is expressed by the efficiency of organisational and interpersonal communications of its employees. This quality covers both interpersonal relations between employees and their contacts with the institution’s clients. It is worth concluding that communication skills of the court administrative staff may contribute to the creation of positive interpersonal relationships among the employees as well as the creation of the organisational climate. They also influence the behaviour of court administrative employees/ clerks towards organisation’s clients. A survey was conducted in order to determine the type and nature of the above- mentioned variables. The participants in the survey were both employees of the Regional Court and its clients. The quantitative and qualitative analysis conducted indicated that the employees of the Regional Court have good communicative skills and the clients have confirmed the existence of good and competent communications with the Court employees. The clients have also noted the existence of a positive organisational climate in this institution and have stated that the court employees have current subject matter knowledge related to legal issues and interpersonal communications skills as well as that they use legal language to offer instructive information. The employees themselves have stated that they can count on mutual assistance when they have problems with dealing with bigger workload and that their friendly relations enhance their morale and willingness to take up particular responsibilities resulting from their professional duties.
