Abstract

Aspekt merytoryczny niniejszej pracy to skuteczność szeroko rozumianego systemu rekrutacji. Obejmuje ona rekrutację, selekcję, wprowadzenie nowego pracownika do organizacji i redukcję zatrudnienia. Badanie przeprowadzono na podstawie procedury rekrutacji wprowadzonej przez Hotele SPA Dr Irena Eris. Analizę oparto na dokumentacji Hotelu SPA Dr Irena Eris Krynica-Zdrój, jest to jeden z dwóch hoteli tej marki. W celu zebrania materiału badawczego wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, posłużono się techniką wywiadu pogłębionego oraz analizą dokumentów źródłowych. Nadrzędnym celem pracy jest sprawdzenie skuteczności zastosowanych przez firmę rozwiązań w zakresie pozyskiwania personelu, głównie pod względem zgodności stosowanego systemu z opracowaniami teoretycznymi w tym temacie, oraz intencji wzmocnienia wizerunku Hotelu jako pracodawcy na rynku lokalnym poprzez wspomnianą procedurę rekrutacyjną. Rezultatem badań jest stwierdzenie, że system realizowany przez organizację, jest zgodny z literaturą przedmiotu z dziedziny zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi z wyjątkiem planowania potrzeb rekrutacyjnych w długim okresie czasu. Ponadto podstawowymi cechami procesu rekrutacyjno-selekcyjnego Hotelu SPA Dr Irena Eris Krynica-Zdrój jest bezwzględny profesjonalizm, dążenie do maksymalnego obiektywizmu, uczciwość i szacunek wobec osób biorących udział w procesie rekrutacji. Te cechy utrwalają i wspomagają ugruntowaną markę Dr Irena Eris.

The research was conducted on the basis of a procedure of the recruitment implemented by SPA Hotels Dr. Irena Eris. The analysis was based on the documentation of the SPA Hotel Dr. Irena Eris Krynica-Zdrój, it is one of the two hotels of this brand. With a view to gathering research material a method of the diagnostic survey was used, they used the technique of the deepened interview and analysis of source documents. Checking effectiveness applied by the company of solutions in the recruitment is an overarching objective of the work and of the selection of the staff.
