Wpływ metodologii Lean Manufacturing na optymalizację procesów produkcyjnych w przedsięiorstwie dtw Sp. z o.o.

Abstract

Niniejsza praca ma na celu wprowadzenie w tematykę Lean Manufacturing, co więcej przedstawia metody i narzędzia LM oraz rezultaty ich zastosowania w praktyce. Najistotniejszą częścią pracy jest analiza stanu przed i po zastosowaniu w praktyce metod i narzędzi Lean Manufacturing, która obejmuje swoim zasięgiem jeden z działów przedsiębiorstwa DTW Sp. z o.o. Badanie oparte jest na metodzie obserwacji oraz metodzie analizy dokumentów wewnętrznych przedsiębiorstwa. Celem analizy jest zaprezentowanie jaki wpływ na przedsiębiorstwo może mieć implementacja rozwiązań z zakresu Lean Manufacturing i czy ich zastosowanie pozytywnie wpływa na wzrost produktywności przedsiębiorstwa oraz redukcję marnotrawstwa zasobów firmy. Dane osiągnięte dzięki przeprowadzonemu badaniu posłużyły do analizy procesów produkcyjnych w przedsiębiorstwie, dzięki czemu część z nich zostało zmodyfikowanych i usprawnionych, ponadto zanotowano wzrost morale pracowników i większe zaangażowanie w rozwój firmy. Lean Manufacturing jest systemem zarządzania, który dzięki zastosowaniu prostych rozwiązań pozwala na osiąganie wymiernych korzyści już w pierwszym okresie po ich implementacji, dlatego też warto przyjrzeć się mu bliżej. Praca pozwala zaobserwować jak przedsiębiorstwo pozytywnie zmienia się pod wpływem LM.

The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the subject of Lean Manufacturing, which represents methods and tools of LM and the results of their application in practice. The most important part of the study is to analyze the state before and after application of practical methods and tools of Lean Manufacturing, which effects one of department in dtw Sp. z o.o. company. The study is based on the method of observation and method of analysis of internal company’s documents. The aim is to present the analysis of the impact on the company may be implementation Lean Manufacturing solutions, whether their use has a positive effect on productivity growth and reduce the wastes of company's resources. Data obtained to a survey were used to analyze production processes in the enterprise so that some of them have been modified and improved, moreover, there was an increase employee morale and greater involvement in the development of the company. Lean Manufacturing is a management system, which through the use of simple solutions allows to achieve tangible benefits in the first period after their implementation. That is why it’s worth a closer look. The thesis allows to observe how the company successfully implemented tools of LM and how company is changed.
