Analiza finansowa jest najważniejszym narzędziem badawczym służącym do oceny działalności współczesnego przedsiębiorstwa. Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza finansowa firmy Asseco Poland S.A. w latach 2009 - 2012 oraz próba przedstawienia analizy finansowej jako instrumentu służącego do poznania i oceny przebiegu procesów gospodarczych oraz wykorzystania ich do rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa.
Praca stanowi omówienie tematyki analizy finansowej. Wyjaśnia jej pojęcie i przedmiot oraz charakteryzuje podstawowe jej metody i rodzaje. Ponadto zawiera również opis podstawowych sprawozdań finansowe i ich przydatność w analizie finansowej. Natomiast do dokonania właściwej analizy finansowej Asseco Poland S.A. wykorzystano analizę wstępną bilansu i rachunku wyników oraz analizę wskaźnikową, która służyła ocenie ich płynności finansowej, wspomagania finansowego, aktywności gospodarczej i rentowności. Analizą został objęty bilans oraz rachunek zysków i strat spółki sporządzony na lata 2009 – 2012. Dane empiryczne niezbędne do analizy zaczerpnięto z sprawozdań finansowych, które obejmowały lata 2009 – 2013.
Financial analysis is the most important searching tool used to evaluate the business activity of the contemporary enterprise. The aim of this work is the financial analysis of Asseco Poland S.A. between the years 2009 – 2012 and the attempt to show the financial analysis as an instrument to recognize and evaluate market processes which can be used in an enterprise development.
The work is the discussion about the financial analysis as the subject matter. It explains its meaning, the subject and characterizes its basic methods and kinds. Moreover, it contains the description of the basic financial reports and points out their usefulness in the financial analysis. Whereas, in order to make the right financial analysis of Asseco Poland S.A. the initial balance analysis and result account analysis were used as well as the ratio analysis, which was used to evaluate its financial liquidity, financial support, business activity and profitability. The analysis comprises the balance and the calculation of profits and losses of the enterprise in the years of 2009 – 2012. Empirical data necessary to the analysis were taken from financial reports, which involved the years of 2009 – 2013.
