Działania Gminy Łącko na rzecz zmniejszania bezrobocia

Abstract

Problem bezrobocia nie jest nowym zjawiskiem w Polsce, boryka się z nim już kilka pokoleń. Próby walki z bezrobociem podejmowały różne instytucje, poprzez organizowanie szkoleń, staży i wielu innych środków. W największej skali problem ten dotyczy środowisk wiejskich, gdzie oprócz braku przedsiębiorstw i miejsc pracy występuje duża grupa ludzi o niskim poziomie wykształcenia. Celem pracy było wykazanie roli Gminy Łącko w obniżaniu bezrobocia na swoim terenie. Zbadano, w jaki sposób Gmina wykorzystuje dostępne narzędzia administracyjne i finansowe w celu rozwoju bezrobotnych i ograniczenia bezrobocia. Stwierdzono, że pomimo dostępności do wszelkich narzędzi i środków umożliwiających walkę z bezrobociem, możliwości te nie są w pełni wykorzystywane, co ma istotny wpływ na wysokość stopy bezrobocia.

The problem of unemployment is not a new phenomenon in Poland, is struggling with it a few generations. Attempts to take the fight against unemployment by various institutions, through training, internships and many other resources. The largest scale of the problem relates to rural areas, where in addition to the lack of companies and jobs involving a large group of people with low educational attainment. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the role of municipalities in reducing unemployment Łącko in their area. It was examined how the community uses the available financial and administrative tools for the development of unemployment and reduction of unemployment. It was found that despite the availability of all the tools and means to fight unemployment, the possibilities are not fully utilized, which has a substantial impact on the unemployment rate.
