dc.description.abstract	The aim of this article is to investigate the capital structure of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Poland. Different capital structures are reviewed in order to test their applicability to small business sector and to identify the most important determinants influencing financial policy of small and medium sized enterprises. The results may be used by small owners and policy makers to take advantage of better mixes of financial resources.	pl
