dc.description.abstract Company (Enterprise) internationalization is a complex process. In addition, assessment of its proceedings and its degree is not an easy and unambiguous task. This article includes summary of indicators of internationalization process as well as grouping of indicators according to these particular components of the enterprise that can undergo internationalization process. This paper also contains criteria of assessment of the degree of internalization which shall make analysis of internationalization process in the companies easier for entrepreneurs. pl
