Abstract:
Effectiveness belongs to fundamental economic categories and nowadays
constitutes the factor of company’s development. The interest in the issue of
effectiveness is of long standing tradition. However at present the point of
view on that issue is evolving under the impact of the application of novel
management concepts, such as human capital idea as well as technological
innovations, requiring new competences from the employees and modern
methods of human resources management.
In the article the review of effectiveness definitions is presented as well the
concept of the measurement of it’s levels in a company, including the possibility
of applying new methods of such a measurement.
