dc.description.abstract | The article presents the frame, rules of the selection and roles performed by the members of the benchmarking team. It the first part of the article the increasing importance of the benchmarking and problems with its implementation have been pointed out. Next the opinions from the literature regarding creation of the benchmarking teams have been presented. In particular the attributes of the members of the benchmarking teams and changes in the frame of the team depending on the phase of the benchmarking have been described. In the last part a proposal of “all-purpose” frame of benchmarking team has been presented and the roles of its member have been elaborated. | pl |
