Restrukturyzacja w rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw na przykładzie firmy „KANWOD”

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie i próba analizy wpływu restrukturyzacji na rozwój firmy „KANWOD” należącej do sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Przedstawione hipotezy zostały potwierdzone. Restrukturyzacja wpływa na ratowanie i rozwój MSP oraz zwiększa konkurencyjność na rynku usług budowlanych w branży wodociągowo-kanalizacyjnej oraz budownictwa wodnego. Wszelakie informacje potrzebne do przeprowadzenia analizy przekazane zostały przez właściciela oraz kadrę kierowniczą. W analizie wykorzystane zostały: diagnoza potencjału wzrostowego przedsiębiorstwa POS, identyfikacja rozwoju firmy wg Churchilla i Lewis oraz analiza SWOT. Przeprowadzone analizy pokazują, że restrukturyzacja znacząco wpływa na ratowanie oraz rozwój MSP w Polsce.

The aim of the study is to present and analyze the restructuring of the development of Small and Medium Enterprises on the example of the company "KANWOD". The hypotheses were confirmed. Restructuring affects the rescue and development of SMEs and increase the competitiveness of the market of construction services in the field of water supply and sewerage and water construction. All kinds of information needed for analysis have been submitted by the owner and managers. The analysis used were: diagnosis of growth potential businesses POS, identification of business development for Churchill and Lewis and SWOT analysis. The analyzes carried out show that the restructuring significantly affects the rescue, and the development of SMEs in Poland.
