Abstract

System informatyczny jest powszechny, a jego wprowadzenie daje duże możliwości i oszczędności, zarówno dla pracownika jak i kierownika, właściciela. Ankieta została przeprowadzona w jednej z Zakopiańskich restauracji, w której system SOGA działa przez cały czas od momentu jej uruchomienia. Jest to system do obsługi w gastronomii, dzięki któremu kelner nie nosi ze sobą kartek od stolika do stolika. System ten pozwala zdalnie wydrukować zamówienia na poszczególne urządzenia zamontowane w kuchni i barze. Dzięki niemu jedna osoba może obsłużyć wiele stolików jednocześnie. Celem pracy była weryfikacja hipotezy badawczej, iż systemy informatyczne w znacznym stopniu usprawniają obsługę klienta i przynoszą wymierne korzyści finansowe. Ankieta była informacją o obawach z wprowadzanej zmiany z kartek na palmy (smartfony) oraz określenie czy zmiana ta była korzystna. W ankiecie zawarto również pytania dotyczące awarii urządzeń i systemu oraz o czasie reakcji serwisu na usterki związane z niepoprawnym działaniem systemu lub urządzeń. Z wniosków można odczytać informację o „spotkaniu” się ankietowanego już z tym lub podobnym systemem. Oznacza to, iż systemy tego typu mają przyszłość, a restauracje wprowadzając tego rodzaju obsługę klienta zyskują na jakości i pozycji wobec profesjonalnego podejścia do klienta.

The aim of the study was to verify the research hypothesis that the systems greatly improve customer service and bring financial benefits. The survey was information about the fears of change of sheets placed on the palm (smartphones), and to determine whether the change was beneficial. The survey also included questions about equipment failures and system of service response time to faults related to incorrect operation of the system or equipment. With applications can read information about "meeting" the respondent has with this or a similar system. This means that systems of this type have a future, and restaurants introducing this kind of customer service gaining in quality and position towards a professional approach to the client.
