Opinie młodzieży na temat bezrobocia i sposobów radzenia sobie z nim

Abstract

Bezrobocie jest bez wątpienia ważną kwestią społeczną, świadczy o tym dynamika, skala i struktura tego zjawiska, jak również jego negatywne konsekwencje odczuwane coraz silniej. Brak pracy dotyczy dużych grup społecznych, zakłóca ich prawidłowy rozwój, wywołuje ogólny niepokój oraz jest źródłem napięć społecznych. Głównym celem mojej pracy było przedstawienie problemu bezrobocia w opinii młodzieży oraz wskazanie sposobów radzenia sobie z brakiem perspektyw zawodowych. W toku przeprowadzonych badań wskazałem główne przyczyny trudnej sytuacji młodzieży na rynku pracy oraz wyszczególniłem skutki psychiczne i społeczne, jakie powoduje bezrobocie. Analizując wypowiedzi ankietowanych dostrzegłem wzrost świadomości młodych ludzi na temat planowania własnego rozwoju i kariery zawodowej. Przyjmują oni postawę aktywności, otwartości, przedsiębiorczości, adaptacyjności. W postawach młodzieży można było odczytać mobilizację i chęć przezwyciężenia problemu bezrobocia. Potencjał młodych przekłada się na chęć kształcenia i podwyższania swoich kwalifikacji. Nie ma wątpliwości, że to młodzi, ambitni ludzie stanowią szanse na dobrą i wydajną pracę, od której zależy lepsza przyszłość ogółu społeczeństwa.

Unemployment is undoubtedly an important social issue, shows that the dynamics, the scale and the structure of this phenomenon, as well as the negative consequences of the increasingly felt. Lack of work involves large groups, interferes with their normal development, causes general anxiety, and is a source of social tension. The main purpose of my study was to present the problem of unemployment in the opinion of young people and identify ways to deal with the lack of job. In the course of the study pointed out the main reasons for the difficult situation of young people on the labor market and listing a psychological and social consequences it causes unemployment. Analyzing the expression surveyed, saw a growing awareness of young people in planning their own development and careers. They take the attitude of activity, openness, entrepreneurship and adaptability. The attitudes of young people can gather and mobilize, and the desire to overcome the problem of unemployment. The potential of young translates into a desire to increase their education and skills. There is no doubt that this young, ambitious people are a chance for a good and efficient operation, which determines the general public a better future.
