Abstrakt
Ekstrakcja związków niskocząsteczkowych z granulatu poliamidu PA6 to kluczowy etap w całym procesie produkcji poliamidu. W procesie ekstrakcji granulatu poliamidu PA6 wyekstrahowaniu ulega niepożądany składnik, jakim jest monomer. Prawidłowy proces ekstrakcji granulatu poliamidu PA6 ma duże znaczenie w dalszym etapie produkcji. W części teoretycznej wyjaśniono pojęcie ekstrakcji, sposoby ekstrahowania w przemyśle chemicznym. Posłużono się schematami oraz rysunkami dla lepszego zrozumienia procesu ekstrakcji. Przedstawiono chemizm powstawania poliamidu PA6 w Grupie Azoty S.A.
W celu przeanalizowania prawidłowej pracy węzła ekstrakcji 1630 poddano analizie próbki granulatu, rozpuszczalnika oraz ekstraktu pobrane w trakcie pracy ekstraktorów. Wyniki analiz pobranych próbek pozwoliły na sporządzenie bilansu pierwszego i drugiego stopnia ekstrakcji oraz ogólnego bilansu materiałowego. Obliczono również stopień wyekstrahowania monomeru z poliamidu PA6. Obliczenia pozwoliły na stwierdzenie prawidłowości pracy węzła ekstrakcji 1630. Wykonano obliczenia mające za zadanie sprawdzić wysokość złoża granulatu na półkach w ekstraktorze 1630-R01. Sprawdzono doświadczalnie gęstość usypową granulatu poliamidu PA6. Odpowiedziano na pytanie, co można zrobić by zwiększyć produkcję poliamidu na etapie ekstrakcji.
The extraction of small molecule compounds from granules of polyamide PA6 is a crucial stage taking the whole polyamide production into consideration. In the polyamide PA6 granules’ extraction process an unwanted component, which is a monomer, is extracted. A proper polyamide PA6 granules’ extraction process is significant in further stage of production. In theoretical part the concept of both the extraction and the ways to extract in the chemical industry are explained. Charts and drawings have been used to better understand the extraction process. The chemical mechanism of creating polyamide PA6 in Grupa Azoty has been shown. In order to analyse a proper work of the extraction node 1630 what has been analysed are samples of granules, solvent and extract taken during the work of extractors. The results of the analysis of taken samples allowed to make the first and second extraction degree balance and the general material balance. Also the degree of extracting monomer from polyamide PA6 has been calculated. These calculations let to confirm a proper work of the extraction node 1630. In order to check the height of the granules deposit on the shelves of the extractor 1630-R01 another calculations have been made. The apparent density of polyamide PA6 has been experimentally tested. The question of what to do to increase the polyamide production while extracting has been answered.
