Otrzymywanie heksametylobenzenu na katalizatorze cynkowo-glinowym

Abstract

W pracy badano wpływ temperatury na selektywność i wydajność katalizatora do otrzymania heksametylobenzenu z fenolu i metanolu. Wpływ temperatury określono dla syntezy heksametylobenzenu na katalizatorze cynkowo glinowym. Katalizator otrzymano samodzielnie przez wytrącanie z soli azotanów, a następnie przez odpowiednią obróbkę termiczną. Metodą DSC i TG stwierdzono, że katalizator jest stabilny powyżej temperatury 300○C. Przeprowadzono syntezę heksametylobenzenu dla trzech różnych temperatur i obliczono jak aktywność selektywność i wydajność katalizatora zmienia się z temperaturą.

The aim of this study was to investigate an influence of temperature on selectivity and efficiency of a catalyst used for the synthesis of hexamethylobenzene by the reaction of phenol and methanol. The influence of temperature for the synthesis of hexamethylobenzene on a zinc-aluminium catalyst was determined. The catalyst was prepared single-handed by precipitation from nitrates solution, and then by an appropriate thermal treatment. Using DSC and TG methods, it was stated that the catalyst is stable over a temperature of 300○ C. The synthesis of hexamethylobenzene was carried out at three different levels of temperature. It was next calculated how activity, selectivity and efficiency of the catalyst change with temperature.
