Projekt zestawu wyparek próżniowych do zatężania wodnego roztworu azotanu amonu

Abstract

Celem pracy dyplomowej pt ,,Projekt zestawu wyparek próżniowych do zatężania wodnego roztworu azotanu amonu'' było zbilansowanie aparatów wyparnych będących częścią węzła odparowania próżniowego instalacji granulacji wieżowej Zakładów Azotowych w Tarnowie oraz wykonanie obliczeń projektowych wyparki próżniowej. Przeprowadzono obliczenia bilansu masowego, bilansu materiałowego oraz szczegółowe obliczenia bilansu cieplnego dla każdej z wyparek próżniowych przy zmiennym natężeniu przepływu pary grzewczej. W dalszej części pracy przeprowadzono obliczenia najważniejszego elementu wyparki, tj. komory grzejnej. Obliczenia te obejmowały współczynnik wnikania ciepła od strony kondensującej pary oraz od strony pary grzejnej, a także współczynnik przenikania ciepła. Obliczenia projektowe które zostały przeprowadzone skupiły się na wyliczeniu powierzchni grzewczej wyparki, ilości rurek potrzebnych do prawidłowej pracy wyparek oraz rzeczywistej powierzchni wymiany ciepła i średnicy komory grzejnej wyparki. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych bilansów które porównano do wartości rzeczywistych, można stwierdzić, że różnica pomiędzy wartościami wyliczonymi a rzeczywistymi jest minimalna i wynosi poniżej 4% dlatego zasadne jest stwierdzenie, że pracująca instalacja posiada bardzo dobrą wydajność a parametry projektowe wyparek pokrywają się w rzeczywistości z tymi wyliczonymi w niniejszej pracy.

The aim of this thesis ‘A project of a set of vacuous evaporators to concentrate an aqueous ammonium nitrate solution’ was to assess evaporators being a part of a vacuum evaporator junction of the granulation tower system in Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów. It also aimed at making project calculations of a vacuous evaporator. The mass balance, material balance and detailed heat balance calculations were made for each vacuous evaporator in the variable intensity of the heating steam. In the next part of the thesis I made the calculations of the most important element of the vacuous evaporator i.e. heating chamber. The calculations included the heat penetration coefficient of the condensation steam and heating steam.

Project calculations included the calculation of the evaporator heating surface area as well as the amount of pipes required for the proper work of the evaporators, the real surface of the heat exchange and the diameter of the evaporator heating chamber.

On the basis of the balance compared with the real value we can safely say that the difference between the values calculated and the real ones is minimal and it amounts to 4%. We can ascertain that the installation has got a perfect performance and the project parameters of the evaporators are the same with the ones calculated in this thesis.
