Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie wpływu popularnych dodatków do paliw stałych na korozję kotła i jego armatury oraz zbadanie długookresowego wpływu spalania węgla na elementy kotła na podstawie elementów wymiennika kotła energetycznego eksploatowanego w Grupie Azoty S.A.
Badanie długookresowego wpływu spalania węgla na elementy kotła prowadzono metodą oglądu, która umożliwia ocenę jakościową a ponadto jest prosta i skuteczna. Stwierdzono, iż stan materiałowy badanych rur kotła OP-230 K-5 pod względem makroskopowym jest na ogół zadowalający, nie stwarzający zagrożenia awaryjnego dla kotła i zezwalający na dalsza pracę orurowania w warunkach prawidłowej eksploatacji zaś stopień skorodowania zarówno zewnętrznych jak i wewnętrznych powierzchni rur, z uwagi na wystarczający zapasa grubości ścianek nie stwarza aktualnie zagrożenia awaryjnego, ale nakazuje przestrzegać zasad prawidłowej konserwacji kotła w okresach postoju.
Badanie wpływu popularnych dodatków do paliw stałych na korozję kotła i jego armatury prowadzono przy pomocy skaningowego mikroskopu elektronowego (SEM) z analizatorem EDS/EDX. Stwierdzono, iż w przypadku kotłów i armatury kotłowej wykonanych ze stali kotłowej, stali nierdzewnej lub cegły dodatkiem do paliwa stałego, który najmniej intensyfikuje korozję materiałów jest Sadpal (w przypadku cegły również Kalnit), natomiast dla kotłów i armatury kotłowej wykonanych z żeliwa szarego i szamotu dodatkiem do paliwa stałego najmniej korozyjnym jest Diavolina.
The aim of this piece of writing is the research on both the influence of popular additions to solid fuel on boiler and its fixture’s corrosion and the long lasting influence of coal burning on boiler’s parts on the basis of the elements of the energy boiler exchanger operated in Grupa Azoty S.A.
The research on the long lasting influence of coal burning on boiler’s parts was done by observation method, which enables quality evaluation and what is more is easy and effective. It was found that the form of the researched boiler OP-230 K-5 pipes is usually satisfying from the macroscopic point of view, it does not create an emergency threat to the boiler and it allows further functioning of the pipework on a proper use basis and the degree of corrosion of both outer and inner pipes’ surfaces does not create an emergency threat due to the satisfactory thickness of their walls, but it is required to follow the rules of a proper boiler maintenance when it is not used.
The research on the influence of popular additions to solid fuel on boiler and its fixture’s corrosion was done with the help of a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with the analyser EDS/EDX. It was found that in the case of boilers and their fixture made of boiler steel, stainless steel or brick, the addition to solid fuel that intensifies the corrosion the least is Sadpal (in case of brick also Kalnit) and in the case of boilers and their fixture made of grey cast iron or fire clay, the addition to solid fuel that causes the least corrosion is Diavolina.
