Leasing i kredyt jako alternatywne metody finansowania inwestowania

Abstract

Podejmowanie decyzji w wyborze form inwestowania to kluczowy etap w całym procesie inwestycyjnym firmy, szczególnie ważny w przypadku wyboru leasingu czy kredytu. Poprzez zły wybór, przedsiębiorca może wiele stracić. Dlatego ważne jest, aby w pierwszej fazie przeanalizować wady oraz zalety obydwóch form. Niniejsza praca prezentuje obie formy finansowania i prezentuje ich zastosowanie na przykładzie zadania, które jasno przedstawia korzyści oraz straty jakie firma może ponieść przy pochopnym wyborze. Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie formy finansowania za pomocą kredytu i leasingu, teoretycznie jak i praktycznie. Rozwój leasingu i jego formy zdecydowały o tym, że stał się metodą finansowania inwestycji dla małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. W dwóch pierwszych rozdziałach został on zaprezentowany poprzez charakterystykę oraz transakcję leasingu. Zaś w kolejnych etapach pracy, prezentacja leasingu i kredytu ma wskazać, która forma jest atrakcyjniejsza i niesie więcej korzyści.

Taking decision on investing method is a key step in the whole investing process of the company. It is especially important when you choose between leasing and credit. Because of the wrong choice investor may lose a lot. This is why it is important to analyse advantages and disadvantages of both forms. This project presents both forms and their application based on an example which illustrates profits and wastes of the company if the decision is made hastily. The aim of the project is to analyse financing forms using credit and leasing practically and theoretically. Development and forms of leasing caused the situation that it became method of financing small and medium businesses. First and second chapter present characteristic and transaction of leasing. In the next stages presentation of leasing and credit helps to answer the question which one is more attractive and brings more profits.
