Bilans cieplny wyparki W-82A

Abstract

W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono pokrótce sposób produkcji azotanu amonu o różnych stężeniach dla potrzeb instalacji produkujących nawozy w Grupie Azoty w Tarnowie, dokonano przeglądu różnych typów wyparek oraz przeprowadzono obliczenia bilansu cieplnego dla wyparki filmowej W-82A. Wyparka ta jest ostatnim stopniem zatężania roztworu azotanu amonu. W pracy wykazano straty ciepła oraz wyliczono możliwe oszczędności.

This paper presents briefly the method of production of ammonium nitrate at various concentrations for the needs of installations producing fertilizers in the Grupa Azoty in Tarnow. An overview of different evaporators has been conducted and heat balance calculations have been performed for the film evaporator W-82A. The evaporator is the last degree of concentration of ammonium nitrate solution. In this paper heat losses have been shown and potential savings have been calculated.
