Ocena skuteczności systemu motywacyjnego w jednostce samorządowej na przykładzie Samorządowego Przedszkola w Zatorze „Złota Rybka”

Abstract

Celem pracy jest ocena skuteczności systemu motywacyjnego w Samorządowym Przedszkolu w Zatorze. Swoją pracę podzieliłem na cztery rozdziały. W pierwszym zawarłem podstawy teoretyczne samorządu w literaturze przedmiotu. W drugim rozdziale zdefiniowałem pojęcie motywacji i opisałem podstawowe koncepcje związane z problematyką motywowania pracowników do pracy. Pierwsze dwa rozdziały stanowią podbudowę teoretyczną pracy. W rozdziale trzecim podjąłem próbę pogłębienia swojej wiedzy na temat Samorządowego Przedszkola „Złota Rybka” w Zatorze. Przedstawiona została również historia powstania gminy Zator. Z kolei czwarty rozdział poświęciłem metodologicznym podstawom badań własnych nad oceną skuteczności systemu motywacyjnego na przykładzie Samorządowego Przedszkola w Zatorze „Złota Rybka”. Został tam ujęty przedmiot, cel, metody i techniki badawcze, które wykorzystałem do bliższego poznania systemu motywowania pracowników. Następnie przedstawione i zinterpretowane zostały wyniki ankietowego badania własnego w przedmiotowym obszarze. Po dogłębnej analizie przebiegu badań i ustaleniu czy system motywowania w badanym przedszkolu jest skuteczny, sformułowałem wnioski oraz postulaty. Z dokonanego przeglądu badań wynika, że Dyrektor Przedszkola stara się zapewnić każdemu zatrudnionemu pracownikowi bardzo dobre warunki pracy. Jak wynika z przeprowadzonych badań bardzo istotne miejsce w materialnych instrumentach motywujących nauczycieli zajmuje forma płac.

The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the motivational system in a self-governing kindergarten in Zator. This work is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, there are basic theories of self-governing units. In the second chapter, the concept of motivation as well as the ways of motivating workers are described. Those two chapters are devoted to the theoretical part of this work. In the third chapter, the author of this work is trying to broaden his knowledge of the kindergarten itself. The history of the Zator community is also described in this chapter. The fourth chapter of this work is devoted to the methodological research into the evaluation of the effectiveness of the motivational system in the ‘ Gold fish kindergarten’ in Zator. The area of research, its aim, methods and technics are also described in this part of the work. Then, the results of the research are described and analysed. The main tool of the research is a questionnaire. After the analysis of the data, the conclusions and postulates are reached. The research shows the director of the kindergarten tries to provide his workers with good working conditions. Moreover, the research proves that the main source of motivation among teachers are earnings.
