Over the centuries human mobility gained in importance. The universality of foreign travel and lifestyle changes contributed to the increase in migration movements today. Historically and currently Polish emigrants played and continues to play a large role in the international arena. After the Polish accession to the European Union and after the opening of the Member States to nationals abroad has significantly increased the activity of the migration of the population and the boundaries of European labor markets have begun to blur. One of the first countries which immediately opened their labor markets to workers from all EU countries after 1 May 2004 was the United Kingdom. Hence, there has been intensification of migration flows in the direction in which one of the main roles played by the Poles. UK domestic demand for workers in 2004 was large and the wages they offered attractive for visitors which greatly influenced the direction of peeling just the economic migrations, and more. With the passage of time considerations, the issue of return of these thousands of Poles from abroad has become an interesting topic. Thus, for this purpose it was decided to examine the population of Polish immigrants living in the UK in terms of their relation to the return, as well as assessment of life in exile to the knowledge of reasons of their departure or the reasons that could affect their return to Polish. Characteristics of Polish migration and to understand the attitudes and opinions of Polish immigrants in the UK has become a major aspect of this thesis.
