Analiza wpływu inwestycji strategicznych na rozwój lokalny gminy na przykładzie gminy Chełmiec w latach 2007-2013

Abstract

W niniejszej pracy omówiono zagadnienia dotyczące wpływu inwestycji strategicznych na rozwój gminy. W pracy podjęta została problematyka, czy posiadana strategia rozwoju gminy Chełmiec została realizowana zgodnie z jej programem w części dotyczącej realizacji inwestycji oraz czy rzeczywiście realizowane inwestycje przyczyniły się do rozwoju gminy. Ogólnej analizie poddano koszty realizacji inwestycji w latach 2007-2013 oraz szczegółowej analizie poddano wybrane inwestycje. Zastosowano metodę analizy danych zastanych. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, iż inwestycje realizowane na terenie gminy Chełmiec wpływają korzystnie na rozwój gminy. Inwestycje realizowane przez gminę są głównym czynnikiem jej wzrostu i rozwoju gospodarczego oraz najlepszym sposobem powiększania majątku gminnego. Celem inwestycji jest również polepszenie poziomu życia mieszkańców gminy oraz stworzenie dogodnych warunków dla inwestorów.

The following paper discusses the effect of strategic investments on the commune’s development. It raises the question of whether the current the Chełmiec Commune development strategy has been implemented in accordance with the plan in terms of the investment realisation, and whether the completed investments contributed to the commune’s development. The paper features the cost analysis of theinvestment realisation in 2007-2013 and the evaluation of selected investments. The method of existing data analysis was used. The research showed that the investments realised by the Chełmiec Commune have a positive effect on its development. The realised investments are a major driver for the commune’s growth and economic development, and the best method of increasing its assets. Another purpose of the investments is improving the standard of living of the commune’s residents and creating favourable conditions for investors.
