Stres, a wypalenie zawodowe w pracy specjalistów do spraw sprzedaży w branży motoryzacyjnej

Abstract

Teoretyczne podstawy stresu mają swoją bogatą historię, stąd jako kryterium porządkujące przyjęto koncepcje stresu. Stres jest niespecyficzną reakcją organizmu na stawiane mu wymagania i pojawiające się zagrożenia. W sytuacji stresu czujemy się wystawieni na działania zewnętrznych obciążeń. Czynnikiem kluczowym natomiast dla rozwoju wypalenia zawodowego jest doświadczenie niepowodzeń w zmaganiu się ze stresem i powstanie przekonania o niemożności radzenia sobie z trudnościami, a także konfliktami, frustracjami, czy uciążliwościami w życiu zawodowym. W poniższej pracy podjęto próbę sprawdzenia prawdziwości hipotezy, dotyczącej kwestii czy specjaliści do spraw sprzedaży w branży motoryzacyjnej doświadczają stresu i wypalenia zawodowego. W tym celu posłużyły także pytania szczegółowe dotyczące kwestii, czy staż pracy różnicuje osoby pod względem występowania stresu, jakie objawy stresu i wypalenia przejawiają pracownicy oraz jak radzą sobie ze stresem. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na reprezentatywnej próbie 30 osób. Jako metoda badawcza zastosowana została ankieta. W badaniu wzięli udział respondenci obu płci, aktywni zawodowo w branży motoryzacyjnej. Ankietowani pracują w hurtowniach motoryzacyjnych w Krakowie (Inter Cars S.A. oraz Fota S.A.) i w Bochni (Firma Handlowa Auto S.C.). Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły zasadność hipotezy głównej. Niewątpliwie pracownicy działów sprzedaży w branży motoryzacyjnej doświadczają stresu i wypalenia zawodowego.

The theoretical basis of stress have a rich history, so the concepts of stress has been adopted as a criterion in this study. Stress this is nonspecific human body response for emerging threats and new requirements. In time of stress we feel exposed to the external loads. A key factor for the development of burnout is an experience of failures in dealing with stress and formation of beliefs about the inability to cope with difficulties, conflicts, frustrations and discomfort in life. This study attempts to verify the accuracy of the hypothesis whether sales experts in automotive industry have experience of stress and burnout. To achieve that, author raised specific questions: whether seniority differentiates people in terms of the occurrence of stress, what the symptoms of stress and burnout manifest employees and finally how they try to cope with it. As a research method was selected survey. Tests were carried out on a representative sample of 30 people. As a research method the survey was selected . All respondents worked in the automotive wholesalers in Krakow (Inter Cars S. A. and Fota S. A.) and Bochnia (Firma Handlowa Auto s.c.). The study confirm the validity of the main hypotheses - undoubtedly staff sales departments in the automotive industry are experiencing stress and burnout.
