Sprzyja temu znaczne rozszerzenie asortymentu oferowanego online.
The main objective of the study was a comprehensive look at the behaviour of buyers in a virtual environment. The focus remained on the analysis of behaviour, motivation of e-consumers and attempts to assess the extent of factors affecting online shopping. In addition, the author wanted to learn about the frequency, habits, preferences of e-consumers associated with buying on the net. The knowledge and skilful use of incentives affecting the consumer can influence their behaviour and shape them accordingly. The method used was quantitative studies on a random sample of one hundred web surfers with the help of a dynamic, online questionnaire (Computer Assisted Web Interview) shared in Google Docs. As a result, it has turned out that more and more consumers, instead of wasting time and energy on a visit to traditional stores, were inclined to do their shopping online and furthermore had strong intentions to reproduce such behaviour in the future. All this is helped by a significant expansion of product range offered online. In addition to clothing / footwear, which dominated in the answers, nowadays you can buy virtually anything you can think of on the Internet. The actions of the respondents showed the pursuit of inexpensive and good quality deals. The preferred form of promotion for e-consumers proved to be free shipping. A significant proportion of respondents use the possibility to compare products online. Also improved are the forms of electronic payments, the convenient options offered for delivery of the ordered goods. Research hypotheses were verified using statistical tests in the Statistica software.
