Niniejsza praca skupia się na istocie spółki Cd Projekt, która niegdyś została zakupiona przez Optimusa. Głównym założeniem pracy jest stwierdzenie, iż wydarzenia historyczne oraz trendy rynku mają wpływ na wahania cen kursów akcji spółek giełdowych, w tym przypadku Cd Projektu właśnie. W celu udowodnienia tezy wykorzystane zostały dwie analizy: fundamentalna i techniczna. Głównymi narzędziami użytymi w analizie fundamentalnej były raporty okresowe spółki oraz miary ROA i ROE. Natomiast analiza techniczna skupiła się bardziej na wykresach z różnych okresów spółki. Ponadto w analizie technicznej oparto się na teorii Dowa oraz podstawowych pojęciach trendu i tworzenia się wykresów. W pracy często porównuje się wykresy z przeszłości do tych teraźniejszych, co ma na celu jeszcze bardziej ukazać trafność stwierdzenia użytego w temacie pracy. Wnioski wynikające z licznych analiz jasno potwierdzają tezę wyrażoną w pracy, iż wydarzenia historyczne oraz trendy rynku istotnie mają wpływ na notowania na giełdzie a sam Cd Projekt poprzez swoje perypetie był dobrym przykładem do zanalizowania.
The present thesis is focused on the essence of the Cd Projekt company, which earlier was bought by Optimus. The main assumption of the thesis is statement that historical events and market trends have influence on the fluctuation of the prices of joint stock companies’ shares, in this case on the very Cd Projekt. In order to acknowledge the thesis two analyses have been used: fundamental and technical. The main devices employed in fundamental analysis were periodical financial reports as well as ROA and ROE measurements. On the other hand, the technical analysis focused more on the charts from different periods of the company’s history. What is more, the technical analysis based on Dow’s theory and on basic terms of trend and creation of charts. There are a lot of comparisons between the charts from the past and the present charts in this thesis, which aims at showing the accuracy of the statement used in the theme of the thesis. The conclusions following the numerous analyses clearly acknowledge the statement declared in this thesis that historical events and market trends do have influence on the quotations, and Cd Projekt through its incidents was a good example to be analyzed.
