Ekonomiczno-społeczne konsekwencje emigracji dla polskich rodzin po akcesji polski do Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

W pracy tej przedstawiono zjawisko emigracji zarobkowej Polaków po akcesji Polski do Unii Europejskiej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na jedno z zagadnień sieroctwa społecznego – eurosieroctwo, jako konsekwencję nasilonych emigracji Polaków wynikających z pełnego otwarcia rynków pracy krajów Unii Europejskiej. Opisano i zobrazowano skutki obecnej fali emigracji, zarówno ekonomiczne, jak i społeczne, w tym negatywne konsekwencje dla dzietności, systemu emerytalnego, kondycji rodzin i małżeństw w kraju. Jednym z problemów badania emigracji jest jego jakość statystyczna, gdyż wszystkie dane są podawane szacunkowo, a państwa stosują różne metodologie pomiaru zjawisk migracyjnych.

This work presents the phenomenon of emigration of Poles after the Polish accession to the European Union. Particular attention was paid to one of the issues of social orphanhood – euro- orphanhood, as a consequence of intense emigration of Poles under the full opening of the labor markets in the European Union. Described and illustrated the effects of the current wave of emigration, both economic and social, including the negative consequences for the fertility, the pension system, health of families and marriages in the country. One of the problems the study of emigration is statistical quality, because all data are given estimate, and countries use different methodologies for measuring the phenomen of migration.
