Praca dotyczy problematyki kosztów i ich roli w prowadzeniu działalności podmiotu gospodarczego. Część teoretyczna naświetla istotę kosztów, zasady ich ewidencji i rozliczania oraz ich znaczenie w funkcjonowaniu przedsiębiorstwa. Część badawczo-aplikacyjna zawiera analizę ewidencji rodzajowej kosztów i ich wpływu na wynik finansowy przedsiębiorstwa F.P.H.U. KOMPLEX w latach 2007-2013. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy stwierdzono, że w warunkach wolnego rynku i istniejącej dużej konkurencyjności podstawowym kryterium działalności firmy jest osiągnięcie zysku drogą ograniczanie kosztów, co pozwala w dłuższym okresie na wzrost wartości rynkowej firmy. Przedsiębiorstwo może ograniczyć koszty tylko wtedy, gdy zna miejsce i przyczynę ich powstawania, wobec czego przeprowadzanie analizy kosztów jest niezbędne dla określenia efektywności ekonomicznej przyszłych działań, usprawnienia podejmowania decyzji w sprawach bieżącej działalności i dokonania oceny kosztów w okresach ubiegłych, co w konsekwencji prowadzi do poprawy płynności finansowej firmy.
The thesis was devoted to the problem of the costs and their role in carrying out of the economic entity. The theoretical part shows the role of the costs, the rules of their records and settlement and their meaning in running the company.
The research part of the thesis includes the analysis of registry generic of costs and their impact on financial result in F.P.H.U. KOMPLEX company in 2007-2013.
The results of the research shows that while there is free market and large competition in the labour market, the main criterion of business activity is making a profit by limiting costs. It makes the increase of the market value in the company after some time.
The company can limit costs only if it knows the place and the reason of their coming. For that reason carrying out of the costs analysis is necessary for determining of economic efficiency for future action, facilitating of taking decision in current activity and making an assessment of the financial situation for the last period. This makes the financial flow of the company improves.
