Głównym celem niniejszej pracy była charakterystyka kultury organizacyjnej wśród Polaków pracujących w różnych częściach świata. W tym celu pracę podzielono na część teoretyczną i badania własne. W teorii omówiono pojęcie kultury organizacyjnej, kierowania, koncepcje władzy oraz problem kultury w organizacjach transnarodowych.
W badaniach własnych natomiast przede wszystkim starano się określić, czy i w jaki sposób kultura organizacyjna wywiera wpływ na pracę zawodową respondentów, czy Polacy pracujący poza granicami kraju mają problemy komunikacyjne z przedstawicielami innych kultur, a także czy wielokulturowość może rodzić problem dyskryminacji ze względu na płeć, rasę lub wyznanie. Badania przeprowadzono na grupie pięćdziesięciu respondentów, głównie pracujących w Niemczech, Anglii i Francji. Na podstawie badań udało się ustalić, że
w organizacjach międzykulturowych, w których pracują Polacy nie dochodzi do dyskryminacji czy krzywdzących uprzedzeń. Ponadto stwierdzono, że osoby pracujące poza granicami kraju rzadko spotykają się z problemami w zakresie komunikacji, jeśli takie już są to raczej w początkowym momencie wejścia do danej kultury.
The main theme of this paper is characterize of the organizational culture of the Poles who are working in the different parts of the world. To this end, the paper was divided into a theoretical part and the part with the research. In theory there is explanation the concept of organizational culture, management, concepts of power and the problem of culture in transnational organizations. In the study I wanted to determine whether and how organizational culture influences the work of respondents, also that Poles working abroad have some communication problems with the representatives of other cultures, and whether multiculturalism can raise the issue of discrimination based on sex, race or religion. The study was conducted on a group of fifty respondents, mainly working in Germany, England and France. Based on the research it has been determined that at intercultural organizations where Poles works, there no discrimination or unjust prejudices. In addition, it was found that those working abroad rarely met with problems with communication, and if they are, then rather in the initial entry into the organizational culture.
