Zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem jako determinanta warunkująca rozwój firmy na przykładzie Hotelu Atena w Mielcu

Abstract

Niniejsza praca porusza problematykę wpływu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem na rozwój firmy. Głównym celem badawczym jest analiza wpływu zarządzania na rozwój organizacji. W celu rozwiązania problemu badawczego sformułowano hipotezę główną oraz trzy hipotezy szczegółowe. Weryfikacja poruszonego problemu nastąpiła w oparciu o dwa podstawowe modele: stopniowego rozwoju Scotta i Bruce’a oraz rozwoju Churchilla i Lewis. Ponadto dokonano weryfikacji potencjału rozwojowego organizacji w oparciu o metodę POS. Analiza i weryfikacja przyjętych hipotez wskazały, iż Hotel Atena w Mielcu znajduje się w fazie dojrzałości, która umożliwia mu sukcesywny rozwój oraz przezwyciężanie pojawiających się kryzysów.

This paper handles problems of the influence of the enterprise`s management on the company`s development. The main research purpose is to analyse the influence of management on the organisation`s development. In order to resolve the research problem, a main hipothesis and three detailed hipotheses were formulated. Verification of the research problem was based on two basic models: the gradual development of Scott and Bruce`s and the development of Churchill and Lewis`. Futhermore, the verification of the potential organisation`s development on the basis of POS method was conducted. The analysis and the verification of the adopted hipotheses indicated that the ATENA Hotel in Mielec is in a mature phase which enables its successive development and to overcome appearing crisises.
