W prezentowanej pracy została przedstawiona zależność występująca między relacjami interpersonalnymi a powstawaniem stresu pracowniczego w przedsiębiorstwach transportowo – spedycyjnych Michalak Trans oraz P.H.U. Jopek.
Badania pozwoliły porównać obydwie firmy w tak zarysowanym problemie badawczym. Celem pracy było przedstawienie warunków panujących w środowisku pracy poszczególnych firm oraz występujących stresorów i sytuacji stresogennych. Postawione hipotezy badawcze pozwoliły osiągnąć zamierzone cele badawcze przy pomocy kwestionariusza ankiety oraz wywiadu. Kwestionariusz był adresowany do 50 pracowników a wywiad do dwóch właścicieli firm. Relacje interpersonalne zostały zaliczone do źródeł stresu występujących w obu firmach. Wyniki badań wykazały, iż w każdej z organizacji występują inne źródła stresu ale jest mniejsza ilość sytuacji stresogennych w firmie Michalak Trans w porównaniu do firmy P.H.U. Jopek. Zwracając uwagę na panujące w firmach relacje interpersonalne respondenci wskazują, że mają miejsce konflikty jako sytuacje stresogenne, ale zaznaczają, że są szybko zauważane i rozwiązywane.
Według wyników badań pierwsza postawiona hipoteza ,,Relacje interpersonalne wśród pracowników wywołane są przez konflikty pracowników i prowadzą do stresu pracowników jedynie w firmie P.H.U. Jopek” została częściowo potwierdzona. Natomiast druga hipoteza: ,,Mniejsza ilość sytuacji stresogennych i źródeł stresu występuje w firmie Michalak Trans w porównaniu do firmy P.H.U. Jopek” została zweryfikowana pozytywnie.
In the presented thesis the interrelation between interpersonal relationships and the emergence of workplace stress in the transport-forwarding companies: “Michalak-Trans” and “PHU Jopek” was shown.
The research allowed to compare two companies in the framework of this research problem. The aim of the thesis was to present the conditions in the workplace of these chosen companies, and the occurring stressors and stressful situations. The research hypotheses enabled to achieve these research goals with the help of the questionnaire and the interview. The questionnaire was addressed to fifty employees, and the interview was conducted with two owners of the companies in question. The research results showed that there are different sources of stress occurring in each company, but less stressful situations are in “Michalak Trans” company when compared with “PHU Jopek” company. Taking note of the existing interpersonal relationships in the described companies, respondents indicate that conflicts occur as the stressful situations, but they point out that they are quickly noticed and resolved.
According to research outcomes, the first hypothesis: “The interpersonal relationships among employees are caused by employees’ conflicts, and they lead to stress among employees” was only partially confirmed in “PHU Jopek” company. Whereas the second hypothesis: ”Less stressful situations and the sources of stress occur in Michalak Trans company in comparison to PHU Jopek company” was positively verified.
