Wolność w eterze

Abstract

Praca niniejsza jest próbą analizy roli mediów w kształtowaniu wolności słowa w eterze, a także – szerzej i bardziej symbolicznie – w kształtowaniu zjawiska społecznej, obywatelskiej i jednostkowej wolności na świecie. Rozważania, prowadzone w oparciu o dostępną literaturę przedmiotu oraz o wiedzę własną autora, mają charakter analiz sytuacji politycznej w Europie wieku XX. Wzięto pod uwagę przede wszystkim najważniejsze zrywy wolnościowe w państwach europejskich zależnych od Związku Radzieckiego, ponieważ autor uznał, że sytuacje kryzysowe były najbardziej wyrazistymi przykładami walki o wolność słowa. Są też historycznie doskonałym modelem postępującego rozwoju środków masowego przekazu.

This paper is an attempt to analyze the role of the media in shaping freedom of expression in the ether, and - more broadly and more symbolically - in shaping the phenomenon of social, civic and individual freedom in the world. This considerations are conducted on the basis of the available literature on the subject and the author's own knowledge, and are analyses of the political situation in Europe of the twentieth century., In particular major outbursts of freedom in European countries dependent on the Soviet Union were taken into account, because the author found that the crises situations were the most expressive examples of the fight for freedom of speech. Historically, they are also an excellent model of progressing development of the mass media.
