Funkcjonowanie samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie gminy Podegrodzie. Wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie funkcjonowania samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce na przykładzie gminy Podegrodzie. Współczesna działalność gminy dotyczy różnych obszarów ludzkiej aktywności. Stąd w pracy skupiono się jedynie na wybranych zagadnieniach z zakresu działalności tej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy pracy zawiera genezę samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce. Rozdział drugi opisuje zakres działania i zadania gminy jako podstawowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Rozdział trzeci to szczegółowa analiza wykonywania niektórych zadań administracji samorządowej na szczeblu gminy. W pracy wykorzystano pozycje naukowe, obowiązujące akty prawne, w tym akty prawa miejscowego wydane przez organy gminy Podegrodzie, a także źródła internetowe.

The aim of this thesis is to present the functioning of local government in Poland on example of the Podegrodzie Commune. Contemporary activities of the commune covers various areas of human activity. Therefore, this thesis is focused only on some selected issues from the range of this particular local government unit. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the genesis of the territorial government in Poland. The second one describes the scope of activity and the tasks of commune as a basic unit of local government. The third chapter shows a detailed analysis of some tasks of local government at the municipal level. In the thesis have been used the scientific publications, the existing legal acts, including the local government acts issued by the authorities of the Podegrodzie commune, as well as the Internet sources.
