Aktywne formy przeciwdziałania i ograniczania bezrobocia na przykładzie powiatu brzeskiego

Abstract

Bezrobocie jest jednym z najpoważniejszych problemów społecznych. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie aktywnych form przeciwdziałania i ograniczania bezrobocia na przykładzie powiatu brzeskiego. Struktura pracy składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono najważniejsze zagadnienia dotyczące bezrobocia: definicje i rodzaje, przyczyny i konsekwencje oraz metody jego pomiaru. Rozdział drugi koncentruje się na identyfikacji sposobów przeciwdziałania bezrobociu w Polsce. Omówiono tu działania instytucji rynku pracy w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej, a także dokonano opisu poszczególnych aktywnych form przeciwdziałania bezrobociu, takich jak: staże i przygotowanie zawodowe, prace interwencyjne i roboty publiczne, pośrednictwo pracy i poradnictwo zawodowe, Kluby Pracy, subsydiowanie zatrudnienia, doradztwo dla pracodawców, oraz pomoc finansowa na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. W rozdziale trzecim dokonano charakterystyki sfery społeczno-gospodarczej powiatu brzeskiego. Przedstawiono tu w szczególności analizę, przeprowadzonej ankiety oraz sformułowano wnioski końcowe.

Synopsis

Unemployment is one of the most serious social problems. The goal of this project is to present the active forms of preventing and reducing unemployment at the example of the Brzeski district. The structure of the work consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the most important issues regarding unemployment such as: definitions and types, causes and consequences, and methods of its measurement. The second chapter focuses on identifying ways of combating unemployment in Poland. Discussed here are the actions of the labour market institutions in the field of vocational activation, as well as the description of the individual active forms of counteracting unemployment, such as: internships and vocational training, intervention works and public works, job placement and counselling, Job Clubs, subsidized employment, advice for employers, and financial assistance to help start a business. The third chapter characterizes the socio-economic class of the Brzeski district. Also, the chapter presents the analysis of a survey and formulates conclusions.
